In an effort to grow the Crowd to more accurately reflect the global researcher talent base, Bugcrowd has started taking steps to make its platform more user-friendly for Latin American researchers. In order to do so, Bugcrowd has implemented the following updates:
- Sponsoring BSides Colombia security conference to help develop and share information security knowledge on highly technical subjects, and in an innovative environment.
- Translating the Frequently Asked Questions landing page for researchers looking for information on the Bugcrowd website to Spanish.
- Additionally, Bugcrowd is attending the 2014 ekopartySecurity Conference in Buenos Aires from Oct. 29-31, to assist with recruiting efforts in the region and to educate the local researcher community on Bugcrowd's current programs. During the conference, Bugcrowd will also be doubling down their bounties.
