Broadcom Corporation Announces Pricing of Senior Notes
IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadcom Corporation (Nasdaq: BRCM) announced that it has priced $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.500% senior notes due 2022. The senior notes were offered to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). Subject to customary closing conditions, the sale of the senior notes is expected to close on or about August 16, 2012.
