Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services and Safway Group Announce Post Close CEO for Combined Company

KENNESAW, Ga. and WAUKESHA, Wis., March 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services ("Brand") and Safway Group ("Safway"), which announced an agreement to combine on March 20, 2017, today announced that Safway's President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Hayes will become the President and CEO of the combined entity when the transaction closes. Brand Chairman and CEO Paul Wood will become a Senior Advisor and Chairman Emeritus.
