Sales Veterans Join to Further Accelerate Company's Explosive Growth
ASHBURN, Va., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Brainware, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent data capture and enterprise search solutions, today announced the appointment of two new executive sales veterans to the company's leadership team. Todd Hicks, formerly of Thomson Reuters Corporation, joins Brainware as the company's Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Stephen Xeller, formerly of Experian, joins the company as Vice President of North American Sales.
Hicks and Xeller each bring a proven track record of experience and leadership to Brainware's sales organization, which has grown rapidly in recent months to include industry veterans such as Colin Kaye (ReadSoft), John Craig (ReadSoft), Jenn Pelletier (Autonomy), Stuart Neale (ReadSoft, TIS) and Blaine Owens (EMC/Captiva).

Hicks joins Brainware from Thomson Reuters, where he successfully led the national sales organization and was responsible for new and existing accounts within the company's Westlaw Business division. At Brainware, Hicks will lead the US, UK, and European sales and partner organizations as the company continues to expand its footprint to meet the growing demand for its solutions. Hicks earned a degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and served proudly in the United States Army.
Stephen Xeller, Vice President Sales – North America
Xeller joins Brainware from Experian QAS, where he led the fastest growing sales team in QAS history, delivering 100% year-over-year growth for the past three years. He is an expert in providing structure and leadership to sales organizations in explosive growth modes and will be responsible for managing Brainware's North American sales team. Xeller is a graduate of Fairfield University.
