Borough of Keansburg, NJ Unveils New Branding, Logo & Website
KEANSBURG, N.J., June 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Borough of Keansburg, NJ recently unveiled its new branding, logo and website alongside Lieutenant Governor of New Jersey Kim Guadagno and area public officials during a grand opening event for Keansburg's newest restaurant, La Playa, owned by famed restaurateur Leo Cervantes.
The branding is designed to promote the attributes of the town as well as the benefits of living here. The new logo uses pleasing graphics and soft earth tones to visually depict the relaxed, inviting mood here.
"We are excited to have this branding initiative in place," said Keansburg Councilman James Cocuzza Sr. "The new logo is a vital tool that will assist our borough in gaining recognition for our wonderful seaside community. We offer a serene, safe, affordable and appealing lifestyle to our residents and are open for new business as well as pleasure; and welcome people to enjoy Keansburg and see for themselves that we are a borough on the rise," he added.
The new logo will serve as an immediately recognizable identifier for the community – a valuable tool and an asset for residential properties, businesses and tourism.
The logo also visually represents what the borough of Keansburg is: a square-mile, coastal town on the rise that offers affordable, convenient opportunities for young couples, families and first-time home buyers to live in a bayside resort town that feels like home; for businesses and entrepreneurs to do business where there is strong foot traffic and sense of loyalty; for visitors to enjoy a day at the vibrant beach with beautiful views, recreational fishing and amusements; and for retirees and vacation home owners seeking a great place to affordably downsize and reside at Jersey Shore.
In addition to launching the new branding initiative and logo, the Borough launched a new website at a new website address, www.keansburgnj.gov. It incorporates everything a resident, visitor, new business or developer would need to know about the town. Website sections include: residents, government, visitors, business and development.
Suasion Communications Group of Somers Point, NJ partnered with the borough of Keansburg to design the logo and website.
