Blues Traveler to Headline 'MINI Takes the States' Motoring Fest
MINI DRIVERS HEAD TO DENVER FESTIVAL FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY
DENVER, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- MINI drivers are hitting the streets this summer on a massive road rally heading to Denver, Colo. for a motoring festival featuring Blues Traveler on Sat., Aug. 14, 2010. A fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, MINI's all over the United States will hit the roads beginning on Aug. 5, as they travel from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta and New York to Denver, Colo., where drivers will experience an unscheduled concert featuring Blues Traveler!
And, following miles and miles of rallies and cruising in a MINI mass, drivers will be ready for a celebration! Upon arrival in Denver, MINI drivers from all over the country (and all local guests) will meet at Infinity Park to test their MINI driving skills on the MINI autocross track, interact with other MINI enthusiasts in the MINI "corral," check out new MINI gear in the MINI Emporium and visit the MINI Owners' Boot Sale (MINI products created and sold by other MINI owners.) The one-day MINI motoring festival will be held at Infinity Park (4599 E. Tennessee Ave., Glendale, Colo.) and will feature a full line up of live music, test driving, a fun zone with activities, food and beverages as well as an extreme BMX stunt show.
For a $25 event registration fee, guests will enjoy all of the MINI motoring festival activities and an incredible live music line-up featuring Blues Traveler as well as Rayland Baxter, Fox Street All Stars, 18 South (featuring Shawn Camp & Holly Williams) and the Pat McLaughlin Band!
