Tryon Equestrian Partners calls on the nation's only solid log modular home company to build its vision of world-class luxury in an unprecedented timeframe
CAMPOBELLO, S.C., June 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading log home builder Blue Ridge Log Cabins is honored to share in the announcement this week of the opening of the Tryon International Equestrian Center and Tryon Resort in Tryon, North Carolina. Blue Ridge is one of the principal builders on the project, designing and constructing the development's "Log Home Village" and other centerpiece buildings such as the International Club and Sports Complex.
Selected based on reputation and referrals from local government officials, Blue Ridge Log Cabins has been instrumental in the on-time and on-budget delivery of all of the log structures. Thanks to Blue Ridge's cutting-edge modular building processes, the Equestrian Center was able to go from breaking ground to open house within 4 months.
The project called on Blue Ridge to broaden its building scope and accelerate its already fast timeframes, and the company proved it had the horsepower to deliver, said Blue Ridge Log Cabins President Chip Smith.
"The ability to complete so many homes plus commercial structures so quickly is a testament to what can be done with Blue Ridge's state of the art construction process," said Smith.
Moreover, Blue Ridge has been able to incorporate the community focus and goodwill that's been a goal of the project since its inception. Smith said Mark Bellissimo, the managing partner of Tryon Equestrian Partners has been committed to using local vendors and supporting the local community and that the project has already created more than 500 jobs in the area.
"We're proud to be on the ground floor of such an impactful and important undertaking. It fits with our philosophy both as a company and as a partner in supporting our community and making it a great place to live," said Smith.
Blue Ridge Business Development Lead Manager Freddie Jones added that there's been a special "hum" throughout the Blue Ridge facility since the project began. "We have a lot of amazing people working on this, and it's been exciting for our employees, their families, and everyone involved."
