Bioscience Clinic Introduces Revolutionary Technology to the UAE: Adipose Derived Stem Cell Treatment
DUBAI, UAE, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --
- Scientifically Proven Adipose Derived Stem Cell Technology
- Unprecedented Results in Anti-Ageing & Body Shaping
- Preventative Medicine Possibilities Are Limitless
- Provides Undisputed Anti-Ageing Results Published in the Lancet
Bioscience Clinic Dubai recently introduced its revolutionary Adipose Derived Stem Cell Technology (ADC) to the Middle East. Located in Dubai Health Care City, Bioscience Clinic Middle East is the first regional laboratory and clinic from the European based Bioscience Group, to culture and administrate autologous (the patient's own) cell therapies. This state-of-the-art clinic and lab offers the most exclusive and advanced tailor-made autologous cell therapies for safe, natural and long lasting results.
Now Bioscience Clinic is launching the world's most expensive face cream, using adipose derived stem cells, in Dubai. First there was the 24 karat gold facial, then there was the caviar facial. Next came the high-tech cryo 'freezing' facials, and the 'vampire' facials using a patient's own blood to inject back into their face. There are the face creams that cost $380 (AED 1,395) an ounce that seem to fly off the shelves in Dubai and beauty counters around the world, which claim to be made from rare plants, seaweed extract and use space technology to deliver anti-ageing ingredients to the skin. Bioscience Clinic's ONLYOURS takes this a step further and uses adipose derived stem cell technology to create a skincare suite individually tailored to each patient.
Giuseppe Mucci, founder and owner of Bioscience Clinic, said: "I am delighted to bring this ground-breaking technology to Dubai, which is fast becoming one of the world's leading medical hubs. The forward-thinking attitude of Dubai and the fact that it likes to be the first to do anything is the reason we chose to open our very first clinic outside of our European headquarters in Dubai."
The aesthetic treatments being offered include anti-ageing skincare creams, made using the patient's very own adipose derived stem cells (ADC); facial fillers and skin rejuvenation using the patient's own adipose derived stem cells; natural body shaping, such as breast and buttock augmentation, also using the patient's very own adipose derived stem cells, and more.
Mr Mucci explains that: "By using the patient's autologous cells, we eliminate the chance of rejection by the body and we eliminate the risk. At the same time, we are maximising the benefits such as encouraging healing and regeneration of the targeted tissues because we are using the adipose stem cells expansion technology. This is completely different from a fat transfer which some clinics offer, as the healing and regeneration benefits do not exist in a straightforward fat transfer. Also, when using a fat transfer to the breasts or face this is usually reabsorbed by the body and disappears within months. With adipose derived stem cells, the results have been proven to be long-lasting."
In typical Dubai fashion, where everything is bigger, better, bolder and, in this case the most expensive, Bioscience Clinic has introduced the world's most expensive skincare 'suite' of three creams. The creams contain hyaluronic acid, collagen and a healthy dose of a patient's very own stem cells. This is the ingredient to which Bioscience attributes its cream's effectiveness, where other creams on the market claim to contain plant stem cells.
To create the initial skincare suite called ONLYOURS, a small day procedure in a doctor's clinic is performed to extract the patient's adipose (fat) derived stem cells. The stem cells are then used to create the individualised skincare suite ONLYOURS.
For even more dramatic results, patients can opt for a facial using the adipose stem cells they extract, either in the form of stem cell injections to give skin a boost, encourage collagen production, fade lines and pigmentation, improve tone and generally give a more youthful appearance.
Alternatively, the adipose stem cells can be used like a 'filler' to plump the lips or specific areas of the face. The benefit of using your own cells as a filler is that the results are proven and long-lasting, unlike temporary fillers or fat transfers. Both treatments encourage healing and regeneration of the facial tissues.
The development of the laboratories in Dubai is a result of eight years' experience of existing Bioscience Institute laboratories in Europe, which are considered one of the most advanced and unique in the world when it comes to autologous stem cell application. Bioscience Clinic Dubai extracts a patient's suitable adipose tissue, and then creates the adipose derived stem cells called 'Liposkill' which functions as 'cell bank' for patients to use for a variety of purposes.
Liposkill contains 100% autologous expanded cells collected from a small amount of patients' own fat which is very quick and easy. In fact, patients undergoing liposuction at any plastic surgery clinic in the UAE can request their surgeon to send the fat tissue being extracted to Bioscience Clinic to be turned into Liposkill cells which they can then later use for a variety of purposes ranging from aesthetic to preventative medicine.
Mr Mucci explained that the technology they use is very specific. He said: "Stem cell technology is a buzz word on lots of people's lips, but what they don't realise is that it's not a futuristic dream, it's actually a reality right now. It is important to know that Bioscience Clinic is the only clinic in the world authorised to utilise this technology, and that our adipose derived stem cells technology is scientifically proven and backed by years of research and approval from world medical authorities."
The world's most expensive skincare suite and most expensive facial have launched in Dubai as a result of eight years' experience of existing Bioscience Institute laboratories in Europe, which are considered one of the most advanced and unique in the world, and have now opened their UAE branch in Dubai Healthcare City.
An added benefit is that once the stem cells are extracted from a patient, they can be 'banked' and frozen for use later on, for a variety of purposes ranging from aesthetic to preventative medicine.
