SAN DIEGO, March 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BMR) announced today the signing of a new long term lease with a private biotech company for 220,000 square feet of space at BioMed Realty's multi-tenant Pacific Research Center campus in San Francisco's East Bay.
