Billtrust Taps Bob Hinkle for Product Strategy Role
JAMESBURG, N.J., Sept. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Billtrust™, the leader in outsourced billing services, has named Bob Hinkle its Vice President Product Strategy.
Billtrust has separated itself from other companies in its market sector due in large part to innovations in both its print/mail and electronic bill delivery offerings. The newly created position of Vice President Product Strategy is a reflection of the company's commitment to market leadership.
Bob Hinkle has more than 25 years of experience developing business strategies and product plans for global organizations such as Hewlett Packard Corp., Intel Corp., and Dialogic Corp. Most recently he held a similar position at M5 Networks and ADTRAN Corp.
While at Dialogic, Hinkle built and led the Product Management team. The company was purchased by Intel in 2000 for over $700 million. At Avaya he developed and led the strategies for bringing enterprise applications from the cloud to mobile phones. Bob Hinkle holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and a degree in business from Wharton.
"We have taken a proactive approach to delivering value to customers by leveraging technologies that can be applied to billing efficiencies," said Flint Lane, Billtrust Chief Executive Officer and President. "Bob has had success in aligning product lines with market trends and future market demands. He will help ensure Billtrust remains in a market leadership position."
Bob Hinkle said, "Billtrust has set the high bar for delivering industry leading billing services. I am excited to join Billtrust and work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about building the best for their customers."
