Benoit Binachon Named Managing Director of Futurestep France

Mr. Binachon has been hired to boost growth and further reinforce the Firm's consulting offering in France.  

Mr. Binachon joins Futurestep with an extensive background in recruitment and professional services. Over the past 15 years, he has built and developed numerous fast growing businesses in management consulting, engineering and recruitment to address the needs of medium to large companies, mainly in France.

Most recently, he was the Managing Director and co-founder of Business effiScience, a technology-based management consulting firm that employed 40 people across Europe and the United States with a turnover of EUR 10m. Prior to that, he launched and developed Michael Page's Engineering Consulting business in France, which he grew to 150 employees before the business was sold. Previously, he was an Executive Director of Michael Page International, where he led the Engineering and Technical recruitment department.
