Two enhancements are included in EmployerFocus' upgrade. The first upgrade will help client's employees fulfill demographic information, I-9 forms, complete document review and document uploads within a secure self-service online module. The second will enable clients to upload Employee/Dependent data through a self-service feature in EmployerFocus. This will streamline how BenefitMall's clients and their employees set up data, reducing the amount of duplicate data entry between systems.
