Bank of America Merrill Lynch Names Hayley Boesky Vice Chairman of Global Markets
NEW YORK, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America Merrill Lynch today announced that Hayley Boesky will join the company as vice chairman of Global Markets. In this newly created role, Boesky will work to strengthen the company's client relationships by leveraging her unique expertise and extensive contacts with the world's largest institutional investors and the official sector. She will also play a leading role in business development.

Boesky joins the company from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where since 2007 she was a senior officer and director of Market Analysis responsible for Cross Market Monitoring, Analytical Development, and Buy-side Analysis and Relationship Management.

Boesky will work with the Global Markets management team and will report jointly to Bryan Weadock, co-head of Global Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Sales, and Mike Joo, Chief Operating Officer, Global Markets. Boesky will be based in New York and will join the company next month.
Earlier in her career, Boesky held additional senior roles including the director of Relative Value and Derivatives at a top tier hedge fund, and as the Chief U.S. Interest Rate Product Strategist at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Boesky has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Columbia University.
