WASHINGTON, Dec. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --The Baldrige Foundation today announced the recipient of the 2017 Harry S. Hertz Leadership Award is Mary Searcy Bixby, Founder, President and CEO of The Charter School of San Diego (CSSD). CSSD was a recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2015.
