JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Availity, the nation's largest real-time health information network, named Paul Quiner its new Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.
Quiner brings more than 20 years of corporate development and executive leadership experience in both publicly-traded and private healthcare companies. In his new role at Availity, he will oversee mergers and acquisitions and shape the company's corporate development strategy.

Prior to joining the Availity team, Quiner was Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development for McKesson Corporation, where he led merger and acquisition activity for all health information technology and distribution. He also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for Per-Se Technologies, a public healthcare services and technology company, overseeing the company's legal, compliance and risk management departments.
