Automotive System Integrators, LLC Joins ESG Group
ESG expands its U.S. presence in the field of system engineering for the automotive industry
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Automotive System Integrators, LLC (ASI) is becoming a part of the ESG Group. Last week, ESG Automotive acquired the North-American specialist in electrical/electronic systems engineering. By acquiring ASI, ESG is expanding an already-comprehensive service portfolio for its customers and is increasing its position in the North American market.
Founded in 2002, ASI and its high-caliber team have gone on to successfully establish themselves in the field of "Electrical Systems Engineering" for all major OEMs and suppliers.
ESG Group is committed to ensuring continuity: ASI will be integrated into ESG Automotive Inc. as a new business unit under its current management, Gary Aldrich and Aneil Shah. We are also happy to continue the strategic involvement of Bill Mattingly. The overall business will be managed by Mr. Steve Polakowski, President of ESG Automotive Inc.
With the acquisition of ASI, ESG is establishing a strategic basis for accelerated growth and execution of its plan for international expansion in automotive for which Mr. Wolfgang Sczygiol is responsible.

Aneil Shah and Gary Aldrich, two of the founders of ASI, were also excited about the merger of the two companies.
