Atwood Announces Revised Date of Record for Shareholders to Vote at Annual Meeting
HOUSTON, Jan. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Atwood Oceanics, Inc. (a Houston based international offshore drilling contractor) (NYSE: ATW) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared that the shareholders of record at the close of business on January 10, 2011 shall be entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting of shareholders to be held on February 10, 2011 at the Company's corporate offices in Houston, Texas. Please note this is a change from the record date of December 15, 2010 previously announced in a press release dated December 10, 2010.
