Atlanta Braves to Feature 15 Seconds of Fame Technology During Final Games at Turner Field
First time in MLB history fans can receive their videos
ATLANTA, Sept. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Atlanta Braves have reached an agreement with 15 Seconds of Fame (15SOF) to feature its ground-breaking technology and social media app during the final six games at Turner Field. Starting Tuesday, September 27th against the Philadelphia Phillies through the final game on October 2nd against the Detroit Tigers, 15SOF will deliver personalized videos to fans who appear on the stadium's scoreboard. For the first time in Major League Baseball history, fans have a seamless solution to receive and share these precious moments.
Fans who appear on the scoreboard simply download the 15SOF app and take a selfie. After registration, fans will receive their videos and photographed moments directly on their mobile devices, which they can then share on social media.
"Braves fans have long enjoyed the experience of seeing themselves on BravesVision during our games," said Adam Zimmerman, vice president of marketing for the Atlanta Braves. "Being able to provide that memory to them as a keepsake elevates our fan experience to a higher level."
"15SOF has greatly enhanced the fan experience at sporting events, and it is uniquely well-suited to baseball given its nostalgic traditions. We are excited to bring the Future of Memories to Braves fans and help them celebrate the end of the Turner Field Era," added Brett Joshpe, CEO of 15SOF.
