WASHINGTON, Sept. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ATFA member NML Capital has served four Nevada-based companies with subpoenas to expose the $65 million laundered through 123 shell companies owned by Kirchner confidant Lázaro Báez. These subpoenas, which were authorized by the August 11 ruling in U.S. District Court in Nevada, follow two others served last week to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Bank of China.

On June 16, the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed the previous ruling in NML Capital Ltd. v. Republic of Argentina that Argentina is not protected from the discovery process by the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
