ASTRA Announces Best Toys for Kids 2013

CHICAGO, July 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Get ready to play!  The American Specialty Toy and Retailing Association (ASTRA) has announced the winners of the annual Best Toys for Kids 2013 awards. 

Selected by a pool of 650 local and independent toy retailers from across the country, this year's Best Toys for Kids list honors the new and improved toys that promote open-ended or creative play, incorporate innovative design features and maintain exceptional safety standards.
