AST Hires Chris Jutkiewicz as Chief Technology Officer

NEW YORK, April 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (AST) announced today that Chris Jutkiewicz has joined the organization as Chief Technology Officer. Chris will lead the enterprise Information Technology efforts throughout North America and work with the executive team to implement strategies that further support the company's growth initiatives.

With over 30 years of technology experience, including sixteen years as a CTO, Chris most recently served as Chief Technology Officer for Epiq Systems, Inc. and was formerly the Chief Technology Officer of Decision Insight Information Group Inc. and prior to that, CT Corporation. He also held the role of Vice President of Software Development in the Transaction Products Division for Reuters, Inc. where he was a leader in the development of several large trading applications including GLOBEX®, the first world-wide electronic exchange for the trading of commodity futures and options.
