Artificial Life Hires New VP of Investor Relations and Public Relations
HONG KONG, April 8 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Artificial Life, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: ALIF) ( http://www.artificial-life.com ), a leading provider of award-winning mobile 3G technology and applications, announced today the hiring and appointment of Michelle Lam as its new Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Relations.
Based in Hong Kong, Ms. Lam will handle the Company's investor relations activities across the globe as well as provide timely updates to the investor community on the Group's latest business developments. From 2000 to 2009, Ms Lam was a Vice President of Nomura International Hong Kong's Investment Banking team, covering equity capital markets in the Asia Pacific region. She specialized in the area of corporate financing and fundraisings and has experience in some of the largest scale ECM transactions in the region involving distribution to retail and institutional investors across Asia, Europe, the US and Japan.
Ms. Lam received a Bachelor's degree of Commerce from McGill University in Canada and a Master's degree of Science from the University of Science and Technology in Hong Kong.
