Archonix Systems, LLC Purchases Public Safety Assets of Cross Current Corporation

MT. LAUREL, N.J., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Archonix Systems, LLC, a public safety software company, has announced that it has purchased CAD, RMS and Mobile public safety software and certain other assets from Cross Current Corporation of New Hope, PA.  In announcing the transaction, Archonix's President and Chief Operating Officer, Anthony Graham, stated that this investment continues the Archonix strategy of geographic and product expansion in the public safety software market through the acquisition of quality assets.  "This is our fifth acquisition of public safety assets in the past seven years and, in many ways, our most significant.  The assets and relationships that this acquisition will bring will permit us to come closer to fulfilling our goal of becoming the premier provider of public safety software to first responding agencies.  With these assets, Archonix will now manage public safety customer relationships from coast to coast with customers in 25 states and over 200 locations."  Mr. Graham stated further that this transaction and the personnel being added will permit Archonix to deepen its support for customers and add new features to its extensive product offering.
