Applied Mechanical's Acquisition Extends Energy Efficiency Offerings
AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Applied Mechanical Corporation announced today the all cash acquisition of privately held Holistic Test and Balance, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida. This is an important step forward in Applied Mechanical's growing presence in the field of facility environmental performance, extending their reach into industrial, medical, and governmental facilities with their FEP service.
The addition of HTB will further advance Applied Mechanical's green initiative that is designed to lower a facility's carbon footprint while producing energy savings up to 25%.
