Aon Consulting Hires Director of Northeast Region
Tammy Mattson brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Aon
RADNOR, Pa., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Consulting, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON), today announced Tammy Mattson has joined the firm as executive vice president and director of the Northeast Region(1).

In her new role, Mattson will foster collaboration across all practices and geographies to deliver measurable value to new and existing clients. Additionally, she will be responsible for facilitating growth, innovation and distinctive client service in each of Aon Consulting's markets.
Prior to joining Aon Consulting, Mattson served as managing principal and Philadelphia market leader for Towers Perrin, where she worked with employers to develop global human resources and total reward and benefit strategies. Mattson designed and implemented solutions to address clients' business challenges in the automotive, financial, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Additionally, Mattson sat on Towers Perrin's board of directors and was a member of the board's Nominating and Governance Committee.

Mattson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn. She was inducted into the YWCA's Academy of Women Leaders in 2005 and currently serves on the boards of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia Arts & Business Council.
Mattson joined Aon Consulting Feb. 1 and is based in the Radnor, Pa., office.
