Anguilla's Prix Fixe Summer Island-Wide Promotion of Restaurant and Accommodation Savings

ANGUILLA, British West Indies, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Anguilla is again serving up an island-wide Prix Fixe Summer promotion offering visitors special three-course tasting menus at some of the island's best restaurants AND a menu of accommodation savings at select resorts, hotels and villas.

Designed to provide guests with true value for money -- and an opportunity to experience the barefoot luxury and quality offerings of the chic island at affordable prices -- Prix Fixe Summer  officially starts May 15th and beyond.

With one of the Caribbean's most acclaimed dining scenes, Anguilla's restaurateurs are putting a twist on the popular US Restaurant Week promotions and welcoming summer 2010 guests with $35, $40 and $45 prix fixe pricing for three-course menus for the entire season (excluding beverages, gratuity and tax; regular a la carte menus also offered).

The $45 menu will be served up at: Blanchards, a mecca for foodies, considered one of the best in the Caribbean; CuisinArt Resort & Spa's Cafe Mediterraneo, a lively brasserie inspired by the cuisines of the Mediterranean region; and The Old Caribe, an island classic poised midway on Rendezvous Bay at the Anguilla Great House.

Menus for $40.00 will be featured at: Cote Mer, a relaxed seaside restaurant at Island Harbour (also featuring a $25 lunch menu); E's Oven, where Caribbean fusion food is the specialty; Kuyah, Chef Deon Thomas' beachfront outpost at Ku Resort on Shoal Bay; Mahi Mahi Restaurant at Sirena Resort which features excellent French cuisine with Caribbean and Asian influences; Ripples, Sandy Ground's lively, transplanted English pub with island favorites; Tasty's, Chef Dale Carty's local favorite specializing in sophisticated West Indian cuisine.

Menus for $35.00 will be featured at: Roy's Bayside Grill, a casual beachfront spot for great grilled steaks and seafood.

Additionally, at Zazaa Boutiques a 10% discount will be applied on cash sales over $35.00.
