Amsdell Companies Acquires Second Self Storage Center In Greater Dallas, TX Market

CLEVELAND, Oct. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Self Storage, a member of the Amsdell family of companies, is proud to announce the purchase of a self-storage property located at 159 Riding Club Road in Fate, TX. The new storage center currently offers over 123,000 net rentable square feet and will be operated by Compass Self Storage, LLC (www.compassselfstorage.com). The company plans to add an additional 20,000 net rentable square feet in the immediate future. This store will be the second location currently operating under the Compass flag in Texas. The company also plans to open a brand new storage facility in Grand Prairie later this fall, and has plans to open another new storage center in Mansfield, TX.

The state-of-the-art storage center offers climate-controlled units, indoor units, drive up unit access, digital surveillance and a full line of moving and packing supplies. It will also offer truck rental to help make the moving process easier.
