Todd Tutt
Todd Tutt is Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending for American State Bank and has served the Tyler community's banking needs for 25 years. Prior to joining American State Bank, Todd was Executive Vice President and Northern Division President for First Bank & Trust East Texas where he was responsible for management of the Tyler, Longview and Palestine markets. Todd is a native of Tyler and is a board member of Bethesda Health Clinic and the SPCA of East Texas.

Richard Solomon
Richard Solomon is Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending for American State Bank and is originally from Dallas, Texas. Richard comes to American State Bank with 30 years of banking experience serving as a strategic partner to business owners and their families. Prior to joining American State Bank, Richard served as Senior Vice President at First Bank and Trust East Texas where he was a commercial lending officer. Richard is an active volunteer serving on numerous boards and committees and lives in Tyler with his wife of 29 years, Kelly.
