Ambassador, Panelists Discuss Haiti Plight, 6 p.m. March 25 at the National Press Club
WASHINGTON, March 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Ambassador Raymond Joseph of Haiti will be the keynote speaker at Haiti Night at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 25, in the National Press Club ballroom, heading a panel of experts who will provide an update on how the Caribbean nation is coping with the Jan. 12 earthquake.

The panelists will discuss Haiti's past, present and future. They are:
- Dr. Judy Kuriansky, a clinical psychologist, lecturer and speaker who is on the faculty of Columbia University Teachers College and the Beijing Health Sciences center. She will discuss the importance of psychological treatment for victims and first responders.
- Sania Grandchamp, president of the Haiti Reconstruction Fund.
- Lola Poisson-Joseph, the wife of the ambassador, who will speak on women's and children's issues in the aftermath of the earthquake.
The video "We Are the World: 25 for Haiti" will be aired.
