SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- AMB Property Corporation®, a leading owner, operator and developer of global industrial real estate, today announced that it has leased approximately 127,100 square feet (11,800 square meters) of its Mexico development portfolio to Kuehne+Nagel, a leading international freight forwarding company, in its AMB Los Altos Industrial Park, located in Guadalajara. "An uptick in domestic consumption in Mexico has fueled their business and we're pleased to help this customer grow. As the recovery gains momentum we expect increased demand for industrial space in Mexico."
