Allyson Groff Joins Quinn Gillespie & Associates
Communications Director for the House Natural Resources Committee Joins QGA's Growing New Energy and Environment Practice
WASHINGTON, March 24 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Quinn Gillespie & Associates (QGA) announced today the hire of Allyson Groff as a senior associate in the firm's new energy and environment practice. Groff brings to the firm a wealth of knowledge and resources after serving as communications director for the Natural Resources Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives for more than three years. Groff will report to QGA Managing Director Patrick Von Bargen.
Allyson's experiences in public policy ranges from energy and mineral resources to national parks, forests, public lands, water and power, as well as those concerning Indian and Insular affairs issues.

Before being named communications director for the House Natural Resources Committee in 2007, Groff served as press secretary for the same committee. Prior to that, Allyson worked for the House Committee on Small Business and in the Offices of Rep. Nydia Velazquez and Rep. Tim Holden. Groff was profiled as the youngest communications director in National Journal's "Hill People 2007."
