AirTran Holdings, Inc., Announces Re-election of Board Members at 2010 Shareholders and Board Meeting in Milwaukee, Wis.
ORLANDO, Fla., May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), the parent company of AirTran Airways, announced today at its annual meeting in Milwaukee, Wis., the shareholders' approval on the re-elections of J. Veronica Biggins, Robert L. Fornaro and Alexis P. Michas as Class 3 directors for a three-year term ending in 2013.
The shareholders also ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young, LLP, as the company's independent public accounting firm for fiscal year 2010.
