Agilysys Signs Agreement to Become an Authorized AegisUSA Partner

(Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, today announced it has signed an agreement to become an authorized AegisUSA Reseller Partner.  As an AegisUSA partner, Agilysys will now be able to provide customers with AegisUSA's Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and services.

Agilysys' authorization enables the organization to offer scalable identity solutions at an entry-level price via the Aegis Identity Appliances which bundle hardware, identity management software and configuration services into a single package.  The Aegis Identity Appliances have been developed to solve specific business needs such as reducing helpdesk costs, increasing user productivity, managing compliance requirements and protecting clients from the risks of intrusion.
