Oversubscribed Offering Hits Hard Cap of $1 Billion

The offering was oversubscribed, surpassing the $750 million target and hitting the firm's hard cap of $1 billion. In combination with other managed accounts, Adams Street's secondary program has approximately $2 billion in new capital to invest.
