HILLSBOROUGH, N.C., Oct. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- A recent survey by Adam & Eve and AdamAndEve.com (http://adamandeve.com/news), America's most trusted source for adult products, finds most adults prefer a mixture of lights on and off during sex.

When asked whether they prefer the lights on or off during their intimate encounters, a healthy 48% of those polled said they enjoy mixing it up with a variety of lighting choices during lovemaking. Only 10% said they usually keep the lights on, and 41% said they usually keep the lights off.
Adam & Eve Facebook followers answered the survey similarly; with 40% saying they prefer a variety of lighting, 40% saying they keep the lights off and 20% saying the prefer lights on.
Dr. Kat Van Kirk, Adam & Eve's resident sex expert, encourages adults to experiment with their lovemaking habits, including their lighting choices.
