Fran Baric, Christine Williams-Jacobsen, and Michelle Harden, all seasoned Active media executives, will take more pivotal roles in the management of internal media practices and external client buying strategies and execution. Baric is now SVP, Director of Print and Out of Home Media; Williams-Jacobsen is now SVP, Director Local Radio and Michelle Harden will take on the role of VP, Print Media Director.

Now part of the Company's Integrated Media Division, Fran Baric has assumed responsibility for leading both the Print and OOH departments. With Active since 1998, Baric has been responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Print department. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently delivered targeted results and proven to be an extremely effective leader with a clear understanding of the collaborative, integrated needs of clients across all media platforms.
Since assuming leadership of Active's Radio Group in April 2005, Christine Williams-Jacobsen, has grown the Local Radio Department in innumerable ways—working closely with Sales and Account Management to expand their client base, and partnering with the Trade Group to expand their trade positions. Active's Local Radio Department has produced strong results and generated substantial returns for its clients, and promoting a high level of communication and collaboration across the entire organization.
Michelle Harden joined Active 10 years ago as a Print Media Buyer and has assumed increasing levels of responsibility through a series of promotions. Her experience varies from packaged goods and electronics to retail and fashion accounts. In her new role, Harden's responsibilities include managing and cultivating client relationships and ensuring flawless execution of media buys.
