A10 Networks Files Patent Lawsuit and Seeks Injunctive Relief Against Brocade Communications and F5 Networks
SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- A10 Networks ("A10"), the technology leader in Application Networking, today announced that the company has sued Brocade Communications Systems Inc. ("Brocade" -NASDAQ: BRCD) and F5 Networks Inc. ("F5" -NASDAQ: FFIV) in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California for infringing two A10 patents, U.S. Patent Nos. 7,139,267 and 7,236,491. A10 is seeking injunctive relief against further sales of Brocade's and F5's products and services in violation of A10's patent rights, including Brocade's FastIron, NetIron, BigIron, and ServerIron series products, and F5's BIG-IP products.
