GIBRALTAR, June 21, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Before being in the professional poker world, Claire Renaut was an actress, a model and a movie script writer (her first long feature movie is to be released in July 2010 in France, "Je vous aime tres beaucoup" - http://www.jevousaimetresbeaucoup.com/). While taking part in the first edition of "Poker Academy Vegas", a show on NRJ12, she discovered a fascinating poker scene and decided to play poker professionally.

Shortly after she began her professional poker career, she started writing articles for one of the biggest French poker websites: http://www.madeinpoker.com and soon became one of the most popular journalists in France. In 2009, she also wrote and hosted "Las Vegas Poker Show", a TV show about the WSOP on RTL9.

In Claire's short time playing live poker tournaments, her results have proved her to be a success. Her live tournament wins include; 24e at the France Poker Tour, 1st place at the Ladies Irish Open, Runner-up at the Ladies EPT Monte Carlo and 5th place at the Women's World Open.
