Sensorex pH/ORP Sensors Cost-effective, Direct Replacement for Effective Aquatic, Pool and Spa Water Quality Monitoring
Sensorex's cost-effective pH and ORP sensors monitor pH and ORP levels, critical to keeping pool water clean and safe. The Sensorex S465 Series are a direct replacement alternative to Acu-Trol® pH and ORP probes, and the robust S420 Series replace Strantrol® pH and ORP probes. In addition to a reasonable price point, both Series are easy to integrate into the existing systems and offer long, reliable service life - ideal for use by both integrators and end users.

Continuously checking the balance of a pool impedes algae growth, reduces surface erosion and increases swimmer enjoyment, without causing any harm to the surrounding environment. In addition to the typically monitored pH levels, monitoring of Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP), is one the most reliable and effective ways to ensure the effectiveness of a sanitizer, such as chlorine in pools and spas. Just as pH levels of commercial pools should be kept at a certain level, ORP levels indicate effective chlorination concentration for killing off bacteria and preventing organism growth.
Sensorex's advanced sensor technology delivers accurate measurement over a range of 0-14 pH or +/-1000 mV for ORP. Sensors use a higher volume of Sensorex's proprietary polymer sensor reference gel for longer service life.
Both the S465 Series and S420 Sensor Series employ a ½" NPT connection for easy-in-line installation or use with existing Acu-Trol® or Strantrol® flow cells, without modification. Advanced signal shielding reduces noise for more accurate communication with process control systems. The S465pH and ORP models are supplied with a BNR connector for quick connection to an aquatic controller, while the S420 models are available with the option of 30 inch or 10 foot cable lengths for easy integration into existing systems.
